WOODEN BOULDER 1978 – 2003

Limited edition boxed set to commemorate Wooden Boulder from 1978 – 2003.

A giant roughly carved oak ball, approx a metre in diameter was originally intended to go from the spot it was carved to the artist’s studio via a nearby stream. As it started it’s journey Nash decided to let it go and release it back to nature, charting it’s extraordinary course to the Dwyfor estuary 25 years later. This boxed set follows that journey.

Black card box in black card slipcase with handwritten titles on both. The set included includes an editorial note, an 18 page descriptive illustrated booklet, a set of 9 single page and one double page lithographs, Pictorial colour three-page fold-out charting the boulder’s progress and an artist signed editioned DVD.
Edition of 350. Size 29.7cm length, 21.4 cm wide, 3cm deep.
